It's hard to imagine a better photo opportunity than an Adeptus Mechanicus army that's this large and this beautifully painted. Featuring most of the models in the range, Mike's collection is an extensive walk through the Ad-Mech faction, and really showcases the awesome diversity of the faction. Mike's collected Adeptus Mechanicus for quite a few years now, which makes it even more interesting to look at - the way his techniques and methods have changed over the years - all while maintaining a consistent scheme - is a great reminder of how much we learn and grow as we move through our own personal painting journeys.

It's hard to pick a favourite model in this collection, but there are certainly a few easy standouts: the incredibly smooth colouring on the Archaeopter showcases Mike's skill with blending, while his Skitarii Marshal and tech-priests are perfect examples of characters that stand out on the battlefield whilst still fitting in with their line troops. Our #1 pick from this army has to be the incredible Belisarius Cawl miniature, however; as the attention to detail, intricate colouring, and masterful blending make this an intimidating and sinister character on the battlefield, perfectly capturing Cawl's personality.
